Steamed Seabass for dinner. Feeling abit sluggish recently so something light for dinner. Plus my headache is back. We had this with stirfry beef with caixin and carrot. Kare Udon - late dinner So we went to Hei Sushi for lunch and my colleague ordered Kare Ramen and another ordered Udon. Not sure why but I kept thinking about Kare + Udon and while I was at ColdStorage earlier I kept ending back to where they displayed udon. Hahaha I have a tub of last week leftover Kare and this is ready in no time. Look very much like 'mee rebus' 😅 If you love udon or ramen, I think you will like this combo. Personally for me, first few bites still alright after that I got 'jelak'. Good stuff must share. Lunch is Chicken Bowl from Stuff'd (Causeway Brunch) So in love with Chicken bowl and the lady by the name of Suman was awesome. Suman, she arranged the salad and pushed it neatly at one side of the bowl and leave the other half of the space for meat and the rest of the toppings which is really neat. Kare Raisu with pan grill yellow pepper and sugar peas. I'm out of Japanese rice so I used Arborio rice instead. Because Im only cooking small amount I used ELB instead. Too much water added hence a bit soft. For the kare, today I also added some pumpkin chunks because I happened to have a slice in the fridge.
