Chicken Kurma... . is a dish that I seldom cook. I think the last time I cook Kurma was more than half a year hmm make it more than 1 year ago. . Kueh Lompang or this Kueh Kosui? . 80gm rice flour 20gm tapioca flour (I did not add) 200 gm water 1/2 tsp air kapur. I did not add. i add a few drops of Lye water instead. Mix . 100 gm gula melaka 100 gm water Melt in pot . Mix all ingredients . Heat up steaming cups. Fill 3/4 full. Steam high for 15 to 20 mins. . This was lunch at work today. . My tudung, sweater and pants 😢. . I got through half the day smelling like kambing on a wet weekend praying for the day not to get any worse. . Yay to CBTL RED VELVET . Bought the premix too to try. Premix cost $19.90. . Anyway barista asked if he could pour it into to go cup because he mentioned he's out of mug. I told him nicely I prefer mug, he said ok and reached behind for a mug.. 😂 . Do you have preference for the cups used? . One of the simple pleasure for me is to hold warm mug when drinking hot coffee or chocolate etc. That's one of the thing I love and look forward to after a long day at work.
