Asam Pedas Nyonya. Sour, fiery spicy Asam Pedas makes frequent appearance in our lives. When we were growing up, we had fish asam pedas at least once a week. So no surprise that this was one of the first dish I learnt how to cook. For asam pedas, our first choice will always be red snapper and if I can find it, i love ikan sembilang (cat fish). Mini Popiah. I seems to lost any interested to post anything for past weeks. Here's something I prepared for freezer meal last week. I rolled this with left over popiah skin cut to long strips for Samosa so it's really mini popper size.
