#octmealplan 25 Oct Wed - Chai Tow Kway. . On a whim, at 10:30pm I decided to do a bit of late night bake. . Cooked something fast and simple while waiting for my cake to bake. . Sometime last month my dear Pak Jang went Sarawak fishing and pass me bags of fresh haul. . The rest of the fishes were cleaned and cut to pieces for me 😍 except for this Seabass. . Because I don't like flying scales so oven baked with scales all that plus It's easy to just put in oven and forget about it for next 45min or so. . Simple and yet so satisfying. .
