Beef Pho. 1st attempt. For the broth i added a mixture of beef tail, brisket and tendon. I did not slice the beef as Mr prefers his meat chunky. I also added lesser fish sauce as directed. Overall.. it's tasty especially when you have it with lots of fresh herbs. Not something I will cook again anytime soon due to the long hours of cooking.
