Chocolate Souffle by DB at MBS to celebrate SG50. By the time they served me, it was slightly deflated :-( So their souffle is gooey in centre and nice at the side.. just a tad too sweet for my palate but still yum. The vanilla ice cream goes well with the souffle. I saw his chocolate souffle recipe somewhere.
