Chai Tow Kway or Carrot cake Chinese version. Asian fast food. Quick to prep and cook. I added sweet version of cai po because I can't find the salted ones at home . I added one piece of prawn.. and did not add fish sauce tonight. I went easy on the sweet sauce since im using sweet cai po. I cooked this tonight because Mr don't like this and he's not home.
