Chwee Kuey Sorry overload with post today.. I did not add soy sauce for the topping so it's a bit pale. Im so tempted to add cili padi though. This topping is just chai po, garlic, shallots and seasoning. Most recipes call for corn flour + wheat flour or tapioca flour as thickener. I don't have wheat starch at home. So i goggle recipe without wheat starch. Texture wise its still ok and yummy. Confirm nicer If I have sambal tumis.
