Quick French Onion Soup Something soupy.. I used chicken stock instead of beef stock because that's what I have on hand. Found out that the gruyere cheese expiring soon. So must try to finish it by this week. I also have an opened box of cheddar so I added shredded cheddar as well. Wanted to add parmesan but I am unsure how it will turns out so I didn't add. The bread used is cheap baguette I bought earlier for roti john tomorrow. I only caramelized the onions about 15mins and simmer the soup for 30mins or so. Taste still yummy even though cooking time is short but the smell ...
