Everything happens for a reason !!!: We explored Chelsea and Greenwich Village neighbourhood yesterday and passed by some streets paved with cobblestone and lined with beautiful brownstone townhouses. Traffic was low at some of the streets so it was pretty quiet. You can almost imagine carriages passing by with giggling tons going for tea parties eating dainty cucumber sandwiches. Most of the cobblestones streets were now slowly being replaced with asphalt as it is expensive to maintain which is true. Too bad I cut short the walk as I was not feeling too.
