Dinner this evening was Siakap Bakar (Pan grill Seabass with Sambal) It's fast to cook because I blended and cooked the Sambal yesterday and into the freezer. Just need to thaw, cleaned and cut the seabass, reheat the sambal, heat up the griddle and it will be ready in no time. We had a portion for dinner with rice and accompanying winged beans and cilantro.
