One Pot Pasta - Electric Lunch Box version . Today is weekend work day. . I have a just expired can of pasta sauce in my cabinet hahaha so lunch is pasta. . ELB version so just make do with what we have on hand. . What I did was add Pasta sauce, Penne, Ground Beef a bit of sugar to balance the acidity of the sauce and add water to cover pasta. Stir 15mins into cooking time add more water if need. Not too much water else it'll be one soggy mess. . Towards end cooking time add your mushroom or whatever veg you fancy.
