Private Basic Bread Making Session for Aunt Za. . The challenge for today session, my aunt don’t have mixer, weighing scale, no measuring spoon etc etc so I lugged big Ikea bag of stuffs and ingredients to her place earlier hahaha. . End product after 3 hrs session. Super soft and yummy. One simple sweet dough batch made into Sausage Roll, Chicken Floss Bun, Kaya Bun, Brown Sugar Roll and Cheese Bun (Not in the picture) . Awesome result.
