Sourdough Starter Day 2 Breeding my own sourdough starter. I made batch with Plain Flour and another with Rye flour. This is Day 2. It doubled in volume in 24hrs. Bubbly and smelly stage. I was happy till I opened the container and saw brownish streaks. I don’t want to risk contamination and chuck both away ahhaha.
