Finally got to enjoy Tamagoyaki... No Dashi. A friend suggested Kelp dashi but I have not ordered it and I’ve been chanting Tamagoyaki to Mr for whole week ah. Although don’t taste that nice, I’m happy and what a bummer no matter how many times I tried, I can never do a good one eh.. Do I need to wait for egg set fully before flip or half set then flip .. when do i need to pour the eggs?
