For family lunch, I cooked Ikan Merah masak Singgang.. but I have been craving for Chee Cheong Fun for awhile and store bought sauce likely have oyster sauce and petis or hae ko.. so no choice have to self prepare. The plain chee cheong fun, Mr bought from wet market. Tofu, noodles taugeh section i think. For the sauce, i simmer till thicken mixture of vegetarian oyster sauce, hoi sin sauce, water, dash of shallots oil. Add soaked shitake mushroom if you have the time.
