Korokke Kare Risu I went out with my friends and had heavy dinner... reached home ard midnite and hungry la at this hour. FIL left us some rice and since I have been cravings for Japanese curry, I deep fried Korokke prepared few days ago, sautéed some onions and prepared a simple kare. You can get halal House Brand Japanese Kare roux from Shoppee. Store left over blocks in ziplock and store in freezer. Convenient but very oily la.. but still it’s perfect for lazy nights..
