Cekodok Pisang. Actually which is the correct spelling Cokodok or Cekodok? I don't cook this often.. So everytime I want to eat this, I have to test fry one piece first and adjust the taste from there. In total I made 3 adjustments to the batter 😜. What's inside.. Mashed bananas, flour, sugar, pinch of salt, pinch of baking powder, water, pinch of bicarbonate soda. I also I added some brown sugar this time..
