Pengat Pisang for afternoon tea. Another traditional Malay dessert that I felt like eating. Pengat Pisang is plantain boiled with coconut milk, palm sugar, sugar, pandan leaves and top it with sago. Because this is home cooking, I made it less sweet and used not so thick coconut milk.
