Everything happens for a reason !!!: Bihun Soto for dinner because I wanted something to go with sambal ijo Bu Rudy. For soto, I prefer the clear soup type compared to the rempah kind. I also prefer with lontong but it's too late for that so bihun it is. I forgot. Sambal Bu Rudy spiciness is level 100 for me. I went all teary and sniffing my way through.. Pedas macam nak apa. Mom on the other hand said it's not that spicy.
