Cooking mojo is back cos somebody's home. Just about all ingredient I used for my version of Fried Carrot Cake or Chai Tow Kway. I used Oyster Sauce in replace of Fish Sauce cos I'm allergic to fish sauce. Not supposed to add mince meat but i add that to suit Mr's taste cos he don't like too much taste of caipo. #friedcarrotcake #caitowkway #lizaohlala #lizzyspantry #blog #latenightcooking
