Everything happens for a reason !!!: Fish Soup. Mr bought Red Snapper from Marsiling Wet Market yesterday. He got it from another fishmonger as the usual guy did not sell red snapper yesterday. This new guy did a hurried job. He didn't scale the fish well despite Mr's repeated reminder. I spent quite sometime trying to remove the remaining scales especially around head area and I hate doing scaling because I don't like dealing with all the flying fish scales. Today, I up the taste a notch by adding sliced cili padi when the soup was simmering. Perfect just on it's own with condiments or with rice as sides. Alhamdulilah.
