Today ELB Spicy Minced Meat and Tofu soup. Woke up late. In a rush so I just grabbed a small pack or frozen sambal minced beef paste I prepared for last week fried mee Hoon and a packet of tofu and 1 potato. Added left over vegetables fr yesterday's chicken rice and Glass Noodles.
