Busy day and since I'm cooking for one, today's meal cooked using ELB. Steamed Golden Pomfret recipe as below. Lined the base with sliced ginger, garlic, green onions, Coriander leaf roots, mushroom, tomatoes. Season fish with a lil salt. Pour the grave which consist of a dash of chicken stock, oyster sauce, water, sugar, lime juice a some water. Add sesame oil n light soy sauce or fish sauce if you can take that.
