Spinach Mushroom Quiche . Reached home late. Not cooking tonight just thawing and preparing ingredients incase I want to cook tomorrow morning. . Nice cooling weather. It’s raining here in the northern part. Heated a slice in oven and paired this with camomile tea. The bottom of pastry still flaky the day after. Not soggy. I am using Rachel Khoo quiche recipe for the crust and egg custard.
