Don't exit at Shibuya Station South exit as stated. The easiest way will be by Hachiko Exit turn right. This building is in the same building as Lindt across the road. It,s at the back small lane beside. The chef will teach you how to enjoy your food. Place is not cheap. Be prepared to spend $$. Credit card accepted. Also try to call for reservation if can. We paid about $125sgd for this. Not cheap but great experience.
