Everything happens for a reason !!!: Medium rare fail.. Still not perfect.. Uneven doneness. Mr said for a $3 big cut, taste wise is ok. He don't mind at all. A bit chewy for my liking and I blame it on the way I cooked this piece earlier. Medium rare fail.. Still not perfect.. Uneven doneness. Mr said for a $3 big cut, taste wise is ok. He don't mind at all.
