Everything happens for a reason !!!: So today we went to wet market and Mr suggested we buy meat for steak from the abang2 jual daging. The only cut they have for steak is daging goreng. Actually I have no idea which part of the cow is that. Anyone out there can tell me is this Flank or Lean Meat? Anyway we told abang butcher to cut about 1 inch thick. Each piece of about 300gm costs about $3 each.
