Traditional Mooncake. 1st attempt. Single yolk, lotus paste and melon seeds fillings. I watched so many Youtube videos and studied many recipes to see which works. Because this was my 1st attempt, the dough vs fillings ratio I did was 3:7 I miscalculated. The mold I used should be 150gram capacity but I calculated based on 100grams so it's a bit on the thin side Otherwise, I am happy with the results.
