Should I intervene knowing that someone is struggling to find their footing or should I watch from the sidelines, let them fall and cross the bridge albeit crawling.
I must learn to hold myself and not be on 'mummy mode' all the time. It's not possible to save all from the ditch. Sometimes ppl learn better from mistakes.
