Everything happens for a reason !!!: Fish Head Curry for dinner tonight. The last time I cooked fish curry was ages ago. Not something I'd cooked often. Probably almost a year ago because when I raided my pantry earlier, I found that the unopened pack of fish curry powder has expired. Hhhe fortunately I bought a new pack earlier. Tonight I added Cabbage n Cauliflower instead of Okra and Brinjal. Anyway, Mr loves cauliflower.
