Everything happens for a reason !!!: Kare Raisu with pan grill yellow pepper and sugar peas. I'm out of Japanese rice so I used Arborio rice instead. Because Im only cooking small amount I used ELB instead. Too much water added hence a bit soft. For the kare, today I also added some pumpkin chunks because I happened to have a slice in the fridge.
