i know where Dahlia Cafe is now.
we went to Far East Plaza last weekend.. (our last trip there was more than a year ago)
Went to eat at this makan place which is near to Cahaya Muslim which alot ppl like to go...
name of shop is 'BIN TALIB (DAHLIA ...something) "
so we kaypoh and ask the guy.. is this shop associated with DAHLIA CAFE?
and he said yes... they have moved from Arab Street to Bedok Blk 261.
(i think it's a hawker centre) Unable to fish more information from the guy as he don't seem to know.
okie will check out one of this day and update again.

I know it's abit delayed but the shop owners are my Uncle and Auntie... If you are looking for them still, they've moved to the coffeeshop at Block 86 Bedok North Street 4... Alternatively, you can find them at #02-21/22 Golden Landmark Shopping Complex, 390 Victoria Street...
