Ayam ketumbar bakar

Still sick so I cook This cos I don't need to be infront of the stove to check on my food.

Just dump the ingredients in a wok. Half cook it, transfer to oven to bake for 40 to 45 mins at 180 degrees celcius.

Serve with rice and refreshing cold tomato salad.


Ingredients
10 shallots
3 garlic
1 inch ginger
8 green chillies
1 bunch mint
1 bunch chinese parsley
5 small limes.
1 tbsp corriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds (i used cumin seeds)

1 whole chicken. Cut to sizes

1- Heat up oven to 180 degrees C
2- Blend the above
3- Dump everything in a wok / pot . Add Salt and pepper to taste
4- Fry till half cook.
5- Transfer to baking tray
6- Cover with alluminium foil, bake for 30mins.
7- Uncover and further bake for another 5 to 10mins
8- Garnish with chopped chinese parsley and fried onions (optional)



Since i'm still recovering from flu, I served with fresh cold tomato salad.

Tomato salad.. what's inside
1 whole onions - i loveeee onions..
1 garlic - i loveeee garlic too..
1 chopped huge tomato
chopped corriander leaves (Chinese parsley)
Salt , pepper to taste..




Sedap....

Ayam bakar ketumbar + rice + fresh tomato salad.
