Yesterday's chwee kuey for breakfast. Heat up in microwave for less than a min. Yesterday's topping a bit pale so I added soy sauce, tad too much and ended too dark this time 😅. Overall It's still soft and yummy. I have about 6 pieces in the fridge. Because i still want Chwee Kuey with sambal tumis I'm planning the menu for today which involves sambal hahhaha Rice Cake Recipe is a keeper but I may want to try meatman's version next.
