Today lunch was Ikan Bakar with Sayur Bayam Air, sambal belacan and sambal kicap for our important guest, Mr's Mak Long (Aunt) Mak Long has been wanting to eat Ikan Terubuk Bakar. Not many vendor selling this fish and happened to saw one vendor selling this at Marsiling Market today. Pounded a fresh batch of sambal belacan and we are set. Ps : anybody knows what's the English name for terubuk?
