Because sudden craving for sticky mango rice... Shortcut version. Only soak the glutinous rice for 1hr plus.. microwave high 3 mins.. stir stir stir. . Microwave again... 3 mins.. stir stir.. check and if need add a bit more water and zapp again. Take care when adding the water.. not too much cause u need to mix the coconut sauce a bit later. You don't want the rice to go pudding like.. #blog #shortcut
