Been wanting to try Chef Alex Goh bread recipe for ages. I got his basic sweet dough recipe online. Just google for Chef Alex Goh sweet Dough. Part of it I filled it with scrambled egg and the balance sprinkled with sugar and brushed with butter only because I'm out of cheddar cheese.
