Project 'Apam Balik' I watched a lot of YouTube and read alot of recipes to make this. I learnt there are 2 kinds. First the thick types which you need to add yeast and the other thin crispy kind without yeast. I learnt if you want the honeycomb texture then I should try the one with yeast.
