Breaded Mushroom. Earlier, while waiting for dough to rise, I fried some mushrooms. Just a simple runny batter of a part flour + a part water and egg. I added black pepper, chopped green onions and birds eye chilli. Dip mushroom in batter, let it drip, cover with Panko breadcrumbs and deep fry.
